| I was told awhile back that notaries employed by Big Banks could not notarize their loans due to conflict of interest meaning they would gain from loan closing. I do believe this is still true. I can see this turning into a robo signing thing and them being in trouble again. And as for Amrock, they are one of my best clients I close at least 4 to 5 loans a week just for them and they have always met my fees $$$ I'm not concerned with E signings as I will not take a cut in pay. They will have to make it up in the extras we will have do and pay for out of our pockets. Stay Positive !!! |
