Plus the fact that Yahoo has been hacked so frequently!
I've had both Hotmail and gmail accounts for many years. Both free, user-friendly and can't recall the last time there were any issues with either. My website provider also provides for customized email addresses. Just never made that transition. For me, it was easier to keep the status quo rather than have to notify all my clients of a change in email addy. However, if I ever encountered the issues Yahoo has had, I would go that extra mile in a heartbeat!
