My fear is what "what could" potentially happen and I have my name tied to these docs. Thats why Im not comfortable with this. I guess I could print out instructions from hiring entity that I was told not to notarize said docs. But to me the answer is quite simple. He/she sat in front of me, therefore the notarization was meant for me, and so the notarization part could be crossed out by me or the signer. But maybe Im not thinking correctly on the crossing out part.

PS: these are sworn documents.

And, if they dont want them notarized, then they should be crossing the notarization part out from the dealership.....
