Thanks for the welcome!! I agree with the suggestions, and so I have left a voicemail for the signer, and as of this moment, no one has offered me much direction. The signing service isn't responding to me in SnapDocs or via email. So I am going to be calling them soon. I'm hoping the signer will call me back!
