You said B confirmed, so, yes, you print docs...& are due a print fee. Stuff happens all the time & re-scheduling with a different notary DOES happen. (Most likely to get the egg off their faces, you got blamed.) You probably should have just waited for them to let you know it was re-scheduled or good to go or canceled. You did kinda jump the gun there.
I also wouldn't be so hasty in telling them you'll no longer accept their assignments.
