Frustrated with background screening update

This is the third year in a row that I have filled out my background screening and sent it to all of my clients at the 11 month mark just to have them tell me that they still have not received it. Not only did I send it at least three times but now some of them have cut me off as they say they never got it and last year's report has expired. Uggh!!
This is not only frustrating because instead of 12 months NNA gets your money at 11 months but than you fill out all of the requests and the client can't be bothered with updating their system in a timely fashion.
Does anybody else have this issue?
