record while you wait. We can only put it in a stack, and they record it when they get to it. I leave this work to the abstractors, because they're in & out of the courthouses on a daily basis. That way, if it's rejected for some reason, they know it. I've heard of people who do that in areas where the courthouse isn't large, and they will record while you wait. Again, you have to have the check for all the recording fees, etc. I would only take that on if work was slack & time wasn't an issue.
