The roller coaster will drop again, but not because of old jumbo mortgages. It's the way it works...at some point, they hit a ceiling and home prices far exceed the actual value, interest rates will climb, jobs will go the other direction. We are in an election year, so much will depend on what happens in the economy. Even when it goes bad, investors still buy, they still do mortgage modifications, you will see more adjustable rates loans...business will still be busy for a while. |
