| After the advent of signing services, we no longer got our jobs direct from title. The signing service now take 1/2 our fee to send us the jobs. Why is it then, that if we cannot reach the signer, it becomes our responsibility to chase them down, call title, send repeated texts and emails, and otherwise do the signing service's job? If we dare to make a remark about it, we have a bad attitude. This is beginning to get on my nerves! |
