I've been paying my bills electronically via my bank's online bill pay feature for years now. Really easy, secure, and I save 50 cents/bill (or whatever it is stamps cost these days). Deposits, I still did in person in a branch (which now has very shortened hours). However, it's looking like I might finally break down and learn how to do electronic deposits of checks I receive by mail. I've resisted that in the past, but I guess it's time for me to step up.
Last Monday, I did sneak out to keep a hair appointment (after just one signing over the weekend before on Saturday morning), and I haven't walked out my front door again until this afternoon. My big excursion out today was to bring in a week's worth of mail and dump my trash - which really needed dumping! The scariest part of this past week for me has been how easy it was to stay home and do practically nothing...  Some of it might have been because of rain we've had nearly all week, so it *was* nice to get out in the sunshine a bit today.
