No, it really doesn't have to be fancy; but I'm working on wording for an "official" letter to clients notifying them of current operations, availability/non-availability, pandemic procedures, etc.
If anyone (especially if legal background) would like to help, we can share. I know at least one veteran lady here would be a good contributor
