"when you spend $149" otherwise, $32.99. The $27.99 has a limit of 2 cases.

When I recently purchased paper, I placed order directly with sales person who had contacted me. She gave me great deal on legal paper, ok deal on letter, great deal on TP and waived shipping fee. The prices she gave me were not reflected on their website. All were Quill brand.
