I was paid 1X in 16 days, but they've reverted to their SOP

Thught they'd changed their horrible ways as I was paid very quickly on one job early 2020. But, it now appears they've reverted to their old ways...Must invoice, include W9, wait 30 BUSINESS days and then start yowling.
