Scroll to the bottom for "PDF forms" - the cert you describe sounds like a Florida one - we have to now specify in our certs that the person personally appeared via personal appearance or via online notarization.

What does your own law state? Can you use an out-of-state cert as is as long as it doesn't have anything you're prohibited from doing? Title is going to tell you to just use it - don't call them, call your own SOS - that's your guidance on what cert to use and how to use it....
