A rating system (usually) doesn't bother me. It's just more work for them. LOL!! I say "usually" 'cause there has been a time or two when the rater (not at this particular TC) has failed - or refuses - to acknowledge their error. They'll just sweep it under the rug, ignore it and the error/defect just never shows up on my record.
If I have an error, I want to know about it. IMO we all learn from our mistakes. I'll fix my error on my dime. In my almost 15 years of being a CNSA, I have had my share of boo boos.  |
