| In our capacity as CA Notaries Public, we're prohibited from providing or recommending a type of document, as that would be considered UPL. As for getting it notarized, the content of the document is irrelevant, and it shouldn't matter where a particular notarization takes place. If there are exceptions within some states, I'm not aware of what those might be or in which states. |
