Just received a blast offer from them via signingorder(dot)com for an almost reasonable fee of $125 (refi edocs no scanbacks). I say almost 'cause I charge a little more to that signing location due to distance. Offer is sent by Janell Blank -- dunno if that's owner or scheduler -- with a phone number not listed on their website. They're not in SC.
