I no longer do signings, but in my 8 years, after telling them on the initial call that they needed to have photocopies of DLs that would be sent back in package, never once did I have ANY BOs not have copies for me upon my arrival. If 75% of BOs are not making copies ahead of time, you’re not stressing the importance of doing so.
