As soon as the escrow officer tracks the return label and finds it has not yet been scanned, she'll be sending out an APB for that package and the notary will hopefully remember she dropped it, where and will print out that label and make a mad dash for the FEDEX location before end of day so that it isn't too delayed. If there is a three-day RTC, she has some wiggle room, but escrow officer may ask that the docs be scanned before repackaging with that label.
