Organization is 50% of what we do. Being clear, concise, everything in order start to finish, and clear thinking. If you live your life a mess and have chaos everywhere, this isn't the job for you! I can't tell you how many times I see fellow notaries at Fed Ex with documents everywhere looking for envelopes and tape and such, or their cars looking like a tornado went through it with trash and supplies everywhere. I would just imagine anyone who accepts a $55.00 refi isn't organized. Not putting a label on their envelope and not giving it a 2nd thought dropping it off is pretty sad. The envelope is the first thing I do while printing the rest of the packages and goes in the file's folder while waiting for both packages to finish printing. |
