I don't think the brand new HP's are made as good as the ones from a couple of years ago. Try a refurbished or new older model! The Laserjet 600 series is great and so was the 602. But read the consumer reviews before you settle on a model.
I buy my toner from Toner Buzz because I found that using OEM I really did get more pages printed for the money and the printers last longer. The ink in OEM is not as dirty or dusty either. I also print all the borrowers copies in "economode" to save ink. And also keep my printer settings at 600dpi so I don't use as much toner. |
