If they confirm receipt (which most do in a return email or in phone msg), there's no need for me to speak to them; I do include on the info to feel free to call lender or T.A. with concerns, and me with general ???s or scheduling issues.
For Loan Signings, they must have their CD/HUD copy in advance. Like I said, it's all in there! When they're fully prepared, their lives and mine are much easier
When TC client calls I still give them a short Request Form (I created with google) to complete.* Sometimes I fill in much of it (if they give me the signer's info in email). If I see a possible name "situation" or marital status not disclosed, I immediately verify with signer during the confirmation call.
*It helps me be sure THEY haven't forgotten anything - and serves as my confirmation so I get paid! |
