do not print loan docs with an inkjet printer – or do ANY business with an inkjet, for that matter...and as far as I know it's not acceptable from a lender's perspective.
Ink printers are a no-no because the results are not able to be properly archived. The ink runs if it gets wet and can fade with time. Laser Printers bond the ink to the paper using heat and makes it permanent.
