| Yes it was a Quicken closing through Amrock. I have been doing these for years but I am unable to find out why they are suddenly calling signing agencies rather than me. It is not the fees because the signing agencies paid me the same fee which means they would be receiving more. When I contacted Amrock to ask them why no one seemed to know. It is just very disconcerting because I have been doing business with them for a long time and they were my primary source of business. To the best of my knowledge there were no issues. It was suggested they may have a new scheduler who just wants to get them assigned as quickly as possible and this is more expedient. |
