T365 overusing copy& paste?
Posted by Kellosh/CA of CA on 6/15/21 11:48am Msg #632757
I do a lot of work with them and it's a weekly thing to have the wrong contact number on their documents. I assume (but don't know for certain) that it's a case of editing reused documents rather than starting from a fresh set. I often will reach out to the phone number on a new order and discover it's actually a number for the title company or it belongs to a unrelated client whose documents were signed previous, sometimes weeks before.
