Thanks, Lee! I will have to consider the fees, but probably more because Cali commands higher rates, due to a higher cost of living. As far as driving, My range where I am currently is 30 miles in any direction. THat's what I need to maintain a full time living.

Well, not 30 miles WEST. That would be 28 miles into the Pacific.
