Since I am NOT one licensed to practice law, it’s imperative that I don’t decide for anyone else what can or cannot be done to a notarial certificate after it is Completed (for me, that means witnessed, executed/signed by notary after All applicable acknowledgments are signed/witnessed and dated as appeared before me). Anything beyond is “hear-say” and may or may not stand up
. . . but still makes for good discussion.
