I have one suggestion for you, which is to consider upping your minimum travel fee substantially. Why not cover your time, as well as travel costs? If you think about what other types of people charge for a service call to come to your home, I'd bet the minimum is much closer to $100, regardless of how close to you they are. So perhaps something in the middle may make more sense... Otherwise, you're providing a much higher level of service than UPS, etc., but not being compensated for doing so. (Nice job on your website, BTW.)
