Interest rates don't need to be at 3% to make business boom, although it surely helps as an incentive. People will still buy houses to get out of renting. People move, die and houses change hands constantly. People will still refi at a lesser rate than CC's.
The thing that is not in our future favor is RON's...Unless you want to work for less and be fast on the trigger by competing with notaries from almost all the states for about $40.00 a closing that used to be $100++ and take on the responsibility, that is the reality. |
