Everything you said is exactly true. The local news said that house prices are falling as inventory is going up. Soon it may be a buyer's market, but I hope not around to see it and be in a different occupation by then.
I have over 25 applications out and 1 interview so far, and will hear back by next week. I feel it went very well, but you never know. You can see just how many people applied for the same job, and mine are in the 100s.
Get out there now, don't wait. This isn't going to turn around like years past as RON is taking over if and when it may come back, it will be less money.
