| Ask the lender. They are all different. Sometimes if the non-borrowing spouse is the one wrong, they will accept it crossed out and initial the change. If the whole package is messed up, probably a reprint. They may take it marked up and just have them send you a correct note and mortgage that you can print. Hate that when it happens. |
