Ever I can't remember any affidavit that was signed and sworn and recorded by the county clerk. So the placement of your seal is not a huge rejection issue unless you stamp it over your signature or the notarial wording of the Jurat. I'm not recommending the bottom right of the document, near your signature is fine.
