Leonard....It won't happen here. I get my fee, including email docs and I am happy and satisfied. You are talking about people losing their business, that's not smart for most of us.
There are 10 notaries in my area doing closings, me telling the lenders that I won't accept email docs would be suicide.
You will find yourself in the unemployment line as soon as notaries in your area start networking. |
