You are incorrect about the closings. NC is NOT an attorney state and has NOT been one in the last 3 years. IF it were I would not be able to be a certified signing agent,'

There are many companies out there that still believe we are an attorney state and do not want to take any chances, this makes the job of marketing my services tougher.
South Carolina on hte other hand is an attorney state, this may be part of the confusion.
