I actually did that once. It was my first or second signing. I was so nervous, I started having the wife sign everything even though her name was on nothing but the legal docs. About halfway thru, I reminded myself to breathe, remembered that she only needed to sign specific docs and stopped her from signing everything.

Although no one ever said anything and I got paid for it, I also have not yet been called back by them. I haven't been doing this very long either, so that may be it as well.
