I am too!!!! What is worse yet is that there is someone in my area (Maryland, a licensed title producer state) who is no longer licensed and posts in her profile on this site that she is closing loans for $75 and up. She recently complained here that she got out of the business due to people closing loans for $65. She is closing loans w/o a license. According to the Maryland Insurance Administration website she is no longer licensed.
In addition, she cancels out on clients at the last minute for loan closings after confirming that she will handle the closing. I have have received several phone calls from frantic signing services in the last month trying to get a loan closed when she has cancelled out on them or even worse yet, not even shown up for the closing.
