Don't bother calling any Michigan Notaries then!
Here's the scoop from the Laws:

"Notaries should not attempt to notarize electronic signatures. There are no procedures for doing so. In addition, the use of an electronic or computer-made Notary Seal is NOT allowed by LAW"!
