| Sorry it was a slip.......I meant to say: the mortage documet (which is recorded) refers to the note and in the note contains the loan amount, interest rate and the monthly payment (principal and interest only). Don't shoot me! I am a fulltime closer and have closed over a thousand loans mostly for title companies and yes I do well. I'm sorry to cause such a stink but it was a honest slip and sometimes people make mistakes..... I should of been more detailed in my response.
