COMPLETELY BOGUS AND UNDERHANDED. I've talked with six notaries who've been reported as bad notaries. One lady hasn't worked as a notary with the posted name in over two years since she married, and she now works for a lender and does not do outside loan signing work any more.
Another lady says she thinks it's Nations Direct. Too long a way to travel for peanuts, and thta is why she turned the work down, not enough pay for the scope of work and travel involved.
Still another notary says she no longer does loan signing work, only straight notary work, for the past three years. The complaint against her can't be collaborated since she no longer does loan signings.
Still, another notary says she has no knowledge of the incident, that her printer has never been in disrepair and does not remember the purported assignment.
So folks, this is an incredibily underhanded, malicious attempt to discredit good notaries by mean and evil person(s) who deserve(s) absolutely to crash and burn in attempts to sabotage good notaries.
