Agree, there are copyright issues that were shown on TV. This is where Trump really shows his ignorance by not having original costumes. How much would that cost? A few hundred bucks? Maybe, just maybe it was done on purpose for more advertising and air time to get people talking about the and showing them on TV for free, making them more valuable as collector's items. You make it sound like owning the NFT is something illegal or non-existent and a waste of money. That's like a condo owner who owns the air space inside their condo, sharing an ownership interest in the community property, such as the floor, walls, sidewalks, stairwells, and exterior areas. What do you "really" own? A deed for the right to occupy airspace on someone else's property and land.
