Two, twenty, two, twenty, two

Science says One Minute of this Exercise is = to 45 minutes of Jogging. How often have you heard that? Too many times.

Came across this on YouTube, couldn't find it again but did on FB.

I used to stationary bike 45 minutes a day, then dwindled to 30, and so on, but still at it. I tried this starting Monday, and wow! I use my smart phone to time 2 minutes at my regular brisk speed, counting down...then 20 seconds of crazy sprint, then 2 minutes of regular (not slow) cycling. Then twenty seconds of sprint again and repeat. I can only go 2-20-2-20-2, that's 2 sprints but will get to 3 sprints soon. Less time and bigger work-out!

I used to practice running, sprinting, running sprinting, when I was young (working out for a mountain marathon - Dipsea) so knew what I was in for. Great workout!
