WOW! You are not wrong. A seller's package is rarely 50 pages, so your fee is appropriate, but not for what they sent you.
I am glad you sent the screenshot they declined to close Friday, and they should be grateful they didn't have to pay you a trip/ print fee.
RUN-RUN I'd be soo busy I wouldn't be able to handle this closing and let it go provided you didn't print anything.
It sounds like a complete mess.
No package should have all that clutter and confusion to print twice.
They have to understand, and if not, no worries, not a company you would want to work for and deal with consistently anyway.
