Please forgive me, but I just can't help myself! Wink I'm apologizing in advance because the former teacher in me feels compelled to add a non-work related note here, in the interest of raising the level of professionalism of our field...

For the record, there's no such word as "payed" (unless you're a sailor, apparently). It's spelled "paid" in any context that deals with money. For the curious among you: http://www.grammarly.com/blog/paid-payed/.
