You are not closing loan packages with RON. The only thing that gets recorded is the mortgage and the note together. They don't care about the title docs getting notarized, the loan package is not sent to the RON. The buyer has the docs/package electronically and you just sign on and do the mortgage, not explaining anything. They do the rest themselves.

Yes, the other notarized typical docs are "fluff". Title may want them, lender may want them,they are not recorded. Florida is also $10.00 per notarized signature, but the $25.00 covers the RON.

Again, I was never trained, nor doing them so after talking to the 2 notaries who started will not be doing them. that's what they told me.

I wish other who are doing them would chime in.
