I'm trying to figure out how the STATE of CA can declare a FEDERAL form as an immigration form. In the pamphlet that explains the I-9 and how to get it signed, it suggests to go to a notary public since they identify people all the time. CA is so out of touch.
But I do agree with adding the education and continuing education requirements to the Immigration Consultant. Right now all you have to do is file a $100k bond and not be a felon. Scary, isn't it???
