 $25 even for "just" a QCD is ridiculously low.

After factoring mileage, wear and tear, taxes, etc., what are you actually profiting? I consider GNW something I get paid on the spot for, not something I have to wait on payment for.

Taking payment and calling it a "tank of gas" is part of the notary lowball acceptance answers and why fees continue get lower and lower.
