fee in this example (seller package with scans) needed to be at least $130 if the hiring party wanted a professional notary. to get the jod done. Wages have been on fire the past 3-4 years. Unfortunately, notaries ( and perhaps fax machine sales people) will never be able to get ahead. Not a chance, especially if accepting identical fees as 10 years ago.

I raised all of my prices for GNW across the board last year. I have barely heard a peep. Nobody cares about paying a diminimus amount of money for a good service. The general public, most of whom are banking good money in this strong economy, just want the job done correctly and conveniently. I have never been asked if I would lower my fee. Ever. Occasionally I am turned down. My clients are all happy. No stress and no haggling. It is demeaning.

I have never taken an order through Snap Docs, Signing Order, Sigzag, the Unlimited XYX Company, etc. No. No. No. Just say NO! Put me on a black list. I don't want to hear from any of them! Ever.
