Hello everyone, it’s been a while. I’m stuck on something, I recently completed a purchase buyer’s side only for a couple in Maryland buying a home in TX. It’s a Married couple but only one is applying for credit. Non borrowings spouse is not on the note and no LA. I was told by title that the box on the first page needed to be initialed.
Type of credit. I’m applying for individual credit that is checked
Each borrower intends to apply for joint credit.
they are telling me that needs to be initialed. This makes no sense to me. I may be wrong. I’d like everyone’s opinion.
