 Re: 4506T and 4506C
Posted by  Yoli/CA on 6/11/21 10:10am

Had signing this week at home located an hour's drive from me. Signing went well. The whole time, Mrs. had her iPad open checking docs she'd received. At conclusion of signing, she looked at instructions she'd been sent and asked if we had checked off everything. I wasn't sent those same instructions. One of the items was to be sure to sign the 4506C. I didn't recall even seeing 4506C (or T) in package. Checked for it during review. Nope, not there. I called EO from table (on speaker). She said no worries, usually copy of tax return (which was included) covers it. If not, she'd get the signed 4506C from borrowers later on ("but thanks for checking"). All righty then ... won't be on my dime! Wink
