Besides the printing and courier services? The costs involved in running this business have been discussed here numerous times. I believe my time and experience have worth and my fees reflect that conviction. By the way, my HELOC fee is higher than $115 ... and, yes, ORTC does and will pay commensurate fees. They call me; we talk; most times, we agree, once in a while we don't. It's called negotiations.

I do have a question, however. Maybe it's a California thing? In my experience, loan mod pkgs are approximately 12-15 pages and HELOCs are closer to 50+ pages. OP did specifically mention HELOC and I want to be sure we're discussing the same product. Wink
